The specs for the LTE (Band 7) version were also released on the site, revealing that it will feature a larger battery, will weigh more than the 3G version and will include a 16GB memory. The Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the first generation of Motorola Moto G has system version 220.21.25 while the second generation version has system version 22.21.25. Recently, Motorola Moto G’s second-generation model was certified in China. Its release date is expected to be announced soon. Motorola was rumored to release Android 5.0 Lollipop for the Moto G first-generation version several weeks back, which will include specs improvements for OTA updates.
