SEOUL: Motorola engineer Luciaono Carvalho revealed earlier this week that the new Android 5.0 Lollipop update will become available to all Motorola devices from 2013 to 2014, Load The Game reports, mentioning that hopes are high about the release date version being bug-free. Motorola also recently announced that it will release three of its flagship mobile devices in China: the Moto X, the Moto X Pro and the Moto G. Once Chinese New Year celebrations end, customers will be able to design to their own Moto X through the Moto Maker, BBC reports. The 4G model of the 2nd Generation Moto G mobile device has been listed on Motorola’s site in Brazil, NDTV Gadgets reports. The specs for the LTE (Band 7) version were also released on the site, revealing that it will feature a larger battery, will weigh more than the 3G version and will include a 16GB memory. The Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the first generation of Motorola Moto G has system version 220.21.25 while the second generation version has system version 22.21.25. Recently, Motorola Moto G’s second-generation model was certified in China. Its release date is expected to be announced soon. Motorola was rumored to release Android 5.0 Lollipop for the Moto G first-generation version several weeks back, which will include specs improvements for OTA updates. Developers have also been focusing in the Motorola Droid Turbo, known as the “Moto Maxx” in Europe. Electronics retailer Best Buy has listed a blue version of the Motorola Droid Turbo in ballistic nylon, Phandroid reports, leaving many wondering if developers have kept additional specs secrets from consumers.
