KARACHI: In response to a tax notice issued by the Collector Saifuddin Junejo’s Customs Exports to the management of M/s Samna Associates, the company has deposited an amount of Rs 555,0000.

Separately, the Customs Exports authorities also issued a tax notice to the management of M/s Farooq Garments and Exports and directed them to clear a pending amount of Rs 400,000. M/s Farooq Garments imported five consignments of baby ready-made garments by using wrong PCT heading. The Customs Export directed the company to deposit the outstanding amount at the earliest. otherwise stern action will be taken against the company.
