Multan Adjudication hears 15 seizure cases

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Adjudication Collector Asif Buzdar has adjourned hearing of 15 seizure cases worth Rs116 million after proceedings.

According to details, Collector Asif Buzdar has conducted hearing of seizure cases in the Customs Adjudication Multan Camp Office.

Collector Customs Adjudication Multan issued notices to several owners of seized goods to submit their reply on next hearing.

Most of the adjourned seizure cases were detected and forwarded by the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan Range and some of the few cases were formed by the Anti-smuggling Organization.

Collector asked Customs Intelligence to submit High Speed Diesel chemical examination report on next hearing.

The seizure cases include smuggled High-Speed Diesel of 175000 litres, cummin seeds, betel nuts, polyester kneaded fabric, base oil and used tryes cases in the court of Customs Adjudication.

The Customs Adjudication Multan Camp Office has adjourned all the 15 seizure cases for the further proceeding till 22nd October of this month.
