Multan ASO impounds Toyota Corolla worth Rs 1 million

MULTAN: The Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) has impounded a smuggled Toyota Corolla G during an operation.

According to the details, the ASO intercepted the vehicle bearing Registration No. AXN-533 during routine vigilance near Bahawalpur region.

Driver Muhammad Baksh was asked to provide documents showing legal import of the vehicle but he failed to submit the documents.

Therefore, ASO team held the vehicle under the prevailing customs law. Inspector Haq Nawaz completed the action against the seized vehicle.

The vehicle was coming from Sindh and going to Faisalabad.
