MULTAN: Anti-Smuggling Organization Multan has impounded a non-duty paid Toyota fielder worth Rs 800,000 in Multan City.
The smuggled Toyota Fielder was held near the Sher Shah bypass Multan The smuggled vehicle was passing from the route near Sher Shah to Multan.
Anti-Smuggling Organization impounded the vehicle on a suspect of smuggling at the road. Owner was asked to provide the import documents of the smuggled but he was failed to do so.
The smuggled vehicle was bearing the registration number of AAQ-183 and it was smuggled through Balochistan border into Punjab region.
Anti-Smuggling Organization seized the Toyota Fielder after getting verification from vehicle registration authority.
The price of the smuggled vehicle is almost RS 800,000 in the market. A First Information Report has been lodged.
