Multan Customs assigns special duties on Eid

MULTAN: The Customs Collectorate has assigned special duties to employees at Customs House during Eid-ul- Fitr holidays.

The administration branch of the Collectorate has finalized duty charts of officials for holidays of Eid-ul-Fitr. The Collectorate has assigned duties to customs employees in nine shifts at Customs House to run their necessary operations. Four employees will perform their responsibilities during the holidays. In every shift, a customs inspector along with other employees will perform their duties during the holidays.

The Eid duties already started from 14 June Thursday on 6 pm to 12 pm at Customs House Multan. Inspector Rana Muhammad Irshad, Sepoy Mushtaq Ahmad, Naib Qasid Abdul Naveed and Naib Qasid Sadiq Hussain. Four shifts will perform their duties on 1st and 2nd day of Eidul Fitr. Each shift will perform their special Eid duties to almost 6 hours.

On Friday June 15th Inspector Azhar Abbas , Naib Qasid Sadiq Hussain, Mali Raja and Mali Muhammad Ramzan from 12pm to 6 am are assign duties at the Multan Customs. From 6 am to 12 pm Inspector Muhammad Saleem Khan, Muhammad Khalid Frash, Sarwar Sindhu Frash, and Dawood Ashraf sweeper.

From 12 pm to 6 pm Inspector Shahid Nawaz Mirza, Sepoy Muhammad Jaffar, Sepoy Muhammad Ali Naib Qasid Ghulam Akbar Shah and Sweeper Boota Masih will perform their assign duties on Friday 15th June.

The Collector assigned duties to Inspector Maqsood Ahmad, Sepoy Muhammad Rasheed, Sepoy Nadir Ali and sweeper Aqib Masih will perform their duties from 6 pm to 12 pm.Inspector Muhammad Asif, Hawaldar Fazal Abbas , Sepoy Altaf Hussain and Sepoy Muhammad Amjad Pervaiz will perform security duties from 12 am to 6 am on 16th June Saturday.

Inspector Ghulam Abbas, Hawaldar Irshad Ali, Sepoy Zafar Iqbal Dharala and sweeper Ahmad Ali Bukhari will also make their responsibilities on Saturday from 12pm to 6 pm.

During fourth shift of Customs House on 16th June Inspector Umer Din ,Muhammad Irfan Qureshi, Sepoy Muhammad Awais Hassan Mali Saqib will perform their job from 6 pm to 12 am.

Customs have deputed only one shift on Sunday in which Inspector Muhammad Farrukh  Ghulam Abbas, Hawaldar Ameer Shah,Sepoy Shahbaz Ahmad and Sweeper  Bilal Ahmad will perform their duties from 12 am to 6 am.

The Customs Collectorate Multan have assigned these duties according to Eid schedule of and if the moon appearance then same schedule will be repeated from moon sighted .

The inspectors deputed for security duty during Eid holidays will be in charge of their respective shifts. They are given task to deploy officials at main gate, office buildings, residential area for security duty and they will be responsible to ensure attendance of the class IV staff during their duty timings.
