Multan Customs assigns special duties to employees during Eidul Azha holidays

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs assigned special duties to their employees at Customs House during the Eid-ul-Azha holidays.

According to the details, Deputy Collector Headquarters Omer Bin Zafar Chatha issued duty charts of officials who will perform special duties during holidays of Eid-ul-Azha.

The Collectorate has assigned special duties to Customs employees in fourteen different shifts at Customs House to carry their necessary operations.

Three employees will perform their responsibilities during every shift in the Eid-ul- Azha holidays. In every shift, a customs inspector along with sepoy, naib qasid will perform their duties during the holidays. Each shift will perform their special Eid duties of almost six hours.

On the first day of Eid-ul-Azha holiday 11 August, Inspector Tahir Iqbal , Sepoy Mushtaq Ahmad and Naib Qasid Abdul Naveed will perform their responsibilities from 6 pm to 12 am.

Inspector Tahir Iqbal, Sepoy Muhammad Ali and Muhammad Ramzan (mali) will perform their duties on 12 August (Monday) from 12 am to 6 am.

Inspector Rao Muhammad Saleem, Sarwar Sindhu (frash), Dawood Masih (mali) will carry out the assigned job on 12th August from 6 am to 12 pm. In second shift of 12 August, Inspector Rao Muhammad Saleem , Sarwar Sindhu (drash), Dawood Masih (mali) will carry out the assigned from 12 pm to 6 pm.

Inspector Asif Rafique,Raja (mali) and Boota Masih (sweeper) will perform their responsibilities from 6 pm to 12 am on 12th August (Monday). Inspector Asif Rafique Raja (mali) and Boota Masih (sweeper) will perform their responsibilities in other shift  from 12 am to 6 am on 13th August (Tuesday).

Inspector Farrukh Khalil, Sepoy Altaf Hussain and Iqbal Masih has been assigned responsibilities shift of 13 August from 6 am to 12 pm. Inspector Farrukh Khalil ,Sepoy Altaf Hussain and Iqbal Masih will also perform in third shift of 13th August from 12 pm to 6 pm.

Inspector Ahmed Bin Sohail, Nadeem Akhtar (Mali) and Aqib Maseeh (sweeper) are assigned duties in fourth shift of 13th August from 6 pm to 12 am and they will also continue their responsibilities in first shift of 14th August 2019 from 12 am to 6 am. Inspector Khalid Saeed Tahir alongwith Saqib Masih and Haji Muhammad will carry out their responsibilities on third shift and fourth shift of 14th August (Wednesday).

Hawaldar Ameer Shah ,Bashir Ahmad and Muhammad Sohail will perform their duties on 15th August (Thursday) from 12am to 6 am and they will also carry out their responsibilities in second shift from 12 pm to 6 pm.

The Customs Collectorate deputed inspector for security during Eid-ul-Azha as in-charge of their respective shifts. They will also ensure the attendance of class IV staff during their timings and secure main gate, office building and residential area of the Customs House Multan.
