Multan Customs assigns special duties to employees during Eidul Fitr holidays

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Collectorate Enforcement and Compliance (E&C) assigned special duties to employees at Customs House during Eid-ul- Fitr holidays.

The administration branch of the Collectorate finalized duty charts of officials for holidays of Eid-ul-Fitr.

Deputy Collector Aman has assigned duties to Customs employees in 14 various shifts to run their necessary operations. Four employees will perform their responsibilities in every during the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays.

In every shift, a customs inspector along with other employees will perform their duties during the holidays.

The Special Eid duties will begin from 23rd May (Saturday) on 6 pm to 12 pm at Customs House Multan.

Inspector Tahir Iqbal, Sepoy Muhammad Ali, Naib Qasid Abdul Naveed and Bashir Ahmad will perform their duty security duty in Customs House on 23rd May.

Four shifts will perform their duties on 1st and 2nd and 3rd day of Eid-ul-Fitr. Each shift will perform their special Eid-ul-Fitr duties to almost 6 hours.

On Saturday 24th May Inspector Muhammad Tahir Iqbal, Sepoy Muhammad Faisal Aslam, Mali Muhammad Ramzan, and Muhammad Faisal are assigned duties from 12 am to 6 am are at the Multan Customs.

From 6 am to 12 pm Head Clerk Hanif Piara, Sarwar Sindhu Frash, Sweeper Boota Masih and Mali Dawood Masih will perform their duty on first day of Eid. Inspector Farrukh Khalil, Sepoy Muhammad Jaffer Shakoor, Sepoy Amir Sohail and Mali Raja will perform duties on first day of Eid-ul Fitr.

Inspector Farrukh Khalil ,Sepoy Zeeshan Hameed,Sepoy Kaleem ullah and Sepoy Muhammad Shahbaz assigned Eid duties on Second day (25th May) of Eid-ul-Fitr from 12 am to 6 am.From 6 am to 12 pm Inspector Muhammad Farooq ,Boota Masih, Naib Qasid Sarwar Sindhu  and Dawood Masih will perform their responsibilities on 25th May. Inspector Muhammad Farooq , Saqib Masih Sweeper, Iqbal Malik and Aqib Masih will perform their responsibilities from 12 Pm to 6 pm. Inspector Tahir Mahmood ,Sepoy Muhammad Nadeem, Nadeem Akhtar and Mali Raja will perform their task from 6 Pm to 12 am.

Inspector Tahir Mehmood, Sepoy Khalil Ahmad Basheer, Sepoy Hassan Noor and Sepoy Rao Muhammad Sohaib Ashraf will perform their duties on third day of Eid-ul-Fitr 26th May (Tuesday) from 12 am to 6 am. Inspector Zahoor Hussain, Sepoy Aziz Qureshi ,Naib Qasid Ahmad Ali Bukhari and Muhammad Sohail will do their Eid-ul-Fitr responsibilities from 6 am to 12 pm on 26th May .Inspector Zahoor Hussain, Sepoy Ahmad Raza, Sepoy Mubasir Ahmad and Haji Muhammad Naib will perform their duties from 12 Pm to 6 pm on 26th May. Inspector Abdul Samad, Sepoy Nadir Ali, Sepoy Tanveer ul Haq and Sepoy Muhammad Ahmar will perform duty in last shift from 6 pm to 12 am of 26th May. Inspector Abdul Samad, Sepoy Amir Shehzad, Naib Qasid Hafiz Hamid Uzair Ans and Muhammad Mushtaq will perform responsibilities on 27th May 2020.

The Model Customs Collectorate Enforcement & Compliance (E&C) Multan has assigned these duties according to Eid-ul-Fitr schedule and if the moon appearance then same schedule will be repeated from moon sighted.

The inspectors deputed for security duty during Eid-ul-Fitr holidays will be in charge of their respective shifts. They are given task to deploy officials at main gate, office buildings, residential area for security duty and they will be responsible to ensure attendance of the class IV staff during their duty timings.
