Multan Customs assigns special duties to employees for Eid-ul-Fitr holidays

MULTAN: The Customs Collectorate has assigned special duties to employees at Customs House during the Eid ul Fitr holidays.

According to the details, Deputy Collector Headquarters Saad Ata Rabbani has finalized duty charts of officials for holidays of Eidul Fitr. The customs Collectorate has assigned duties to Customs employees in ten different shifts at Customs House Multan to run their necessary operations. Four employees will perform their responsibilities during every shift in the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays. In every shift, a customs inspector along with Sepoy, Naib Qasid and sweeper will perform their duties during the holidays.

The Eid duties will begin from 25th June Sunday on 6 pm to 12 pm at Customs House Multan. Inspector Rana Muhammad Arshad, Sepoy Mushtaq Ahmad , Naib Qasid Abdul Naveed and Bashir Hussain will perform their duties on 1st and 2nd day of Eid-ul Fitr. Each shift will perform their special Eid duties of almost 6 hours.

On the first day of Eid of June 26th, Inspector Shahid Nawaz Mirza , Naib Qasid Sadiq Hussain, Mali  Muhammad Raja and Mali Muhammad Ramzan from 12pm to 6 am are assigned duties at the Multan Customs House. From 6 am to 12 pm Inspector Shahid Nawaz, Mirza, Muhammad Khalid, Frash, Dawood Ashraf sweeper will give their duties. From 12 pm to 6 pm Inspector Ziaur Rehman, Muhammad Khalid frash, Sarwar Sindhu frash, and Dawood Ashraf sweeper and Inspector Ghulam Asghar, Sepoy Muhammad Jaffar, Naib Qasid Ghulam Akbar Shah and sweeper Boota Masih will perform their assign duties 6 pm to 12 am on the first day of Eid ul Fitr.

The Collector of Customs has assigned duties to Inspector Farrukh Ghulam Abbas, Havaldar Irshad Ali, Muhammad Waris Naib Qasid and Aqib Masih Mali on the second day of Eid from 12 am to 6 am. On the second day of Eid Inspector Muhammad Fayaz, Havaldar Fazal Abbas , Sepoy Altaf Hussain and Iqbal Masih sweeper will perform their job at Multan Customs House.

Inspector Ghulam Abbas, Sepoy Muhammad Irfan Quershi, sweeper Muhammad Ali Bukhari, Mali Muhammad Yousaf will also make their responsibilities on second day of Eid from 12pm to 6 pm. During the fourth shift of the Multan Customs House on second day of Eid Inspector Ramzan Sial Bhatti, Sepoy Muhammad Zeeshan Hameed, Sepoy Muhammad Amjad and Mali Sohail Ahmad will perform their job from 6 pm to 12 am.

Customs have deputed only one shift the third day of the Eid in which Inspector Maqsood Ahmad, Havaldar Ameer Shah, Sepoy  Shahbaz Ahmad and Sweeper Bilal Ahmad will perform their duties from 12 am to 6 am.

The Customs Collectorate Multan have assigned these duties according to Eid schedule of Wednesday and if the moon appeared on 25th June then same schedule will be repeated from moon sighted.

The inspectors deputed for security duty during which officials deploy these employees at main gate, office buildings, residential area for security duty and they will be responsible to ensure attendance of the class IV staff during their duty timings.
