Multan Customs assigns special security duties to staff during Eid holidays

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Collectorate Enforcement Multan has assigned special security duties to employees at Customs House during Eid-ul- Adha holidays. 

The administration branch of the Collectorate has finalized duty charts of officials for holidays of Eid-ul- Adha. Assistant Collector Multan Customs collectorate Enforcement Multan Headquarter Habib-ur-Rehman has assigned special duties to Customs employees in four shifts at Customs House Multan to run their necessary operations. Four employees will perform their responsibilities in every during the Eid-ul-Adha holidays. In every shift, a customs inspector along with other employees will perform their duties during the holidays.

The Special Eid-ul-Adha duties will begin from 29th June Thursday on 6 pm to 12 am at Customs House Multan.Head Clerk Hanif Piyara,Naib Qasid Sarwar Sindhu ,Sweeper Boota Masih and Dawood Masih will perform their security duty in Customs House on 29th June 2023. Three shifts will perform their duties on 1st day of Eid-ul-Adha. Each shift will perform their special Eid duties to almost 6 hours.  Same shift will perform for duty for another shift from 12 am to 6 pm on 29th June. In fourth Shift Office Superintendent Muhammad Ilyas ,Saqib Masih , Iqbal Masih and Aqib Masih will perform from 6 pm to 12 am on 29th June 2023.

On Friday 30th June Second day of Eid-ul-Adha Inspector Ghulam Asghar will perform security duty along with Saqib Masih , Iqbal Masih and Aqib Masih from 12 am to 6 am at the Multan Customs House.

The Model Customs Collectorate Enforcement Multan has assigned these duties according to Eid-ul-Adha schedule. The inspectors deputed for security duty during Eid-ul-Adha holidays will be in charge of their respective shifts. They are given task to deploy officials at main gate,office buildings, residential area for security duty and they will be responsible to ensure attendance of the class IV staff during their duty timings.
