Multan Customs assigns special security dutties to employees on the occasion of Eidul Azha

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Multan has assigned special security duties to employees at Customs House during the Eid-ul-Azha holidays.

Deputy Collector Headquarters Maryam Jamila, following consultations with the administration branch, has finalized the duty charts for officials. Special security duties have been structured in four shifts to ensure seamless operations at Customs House Multan throughout the holidays. Each shift will comprise four employees, including a customs inspector, to oversee the duties.

The special Eid-ul-Azha duties will commence from 6 PM on Monday, June 17. The assignments are as follows:

June 17 (6 PM to 12 AM):

– Front Gate: Head Clerk Hanif Pyara, Dawood Masih

– Back Gate: Saqib Masih

– Additional Duties: Lower Division Clerk Danish Javaid, Sarwar Sindhu

June 18 (6 AM to 6 PM):

– Front Gate: Sepoy Tanvir-ul-Hassan, Dawood Masih

– Back Gate: Saqib Masih

June 18 (6 PM to 12 AM):

– Front Gate: Head Clerk Hanif Pyara, Dawood Masih

– Back Gate: Saqib Masih

– Additional Duties: Lower Division Clerk Danish Javaid, Sarwar Sindhu

June 19 (6 AM to 6 PM):

– Front Gate: Sepoy Zafar Shakoor, Sarwar Sindhu

– Back Gate: Aqib Masih

Appraising Officer Adnan David will oversee the overall security operations. Inspectors assigned to each shift will be responsible for deploying officials at strategic points, including the main gate, office buildings, and residential areas. They will also ensure the attendance of Class IV staff during their duty hours.

These measures are intended to maintain security and ensure the efficient functioning of Customs House Multan during the Eid-ul-Azha holidays.
