Multan Customs Assistant Collector Faizan Badar to perform duty in LB polls

MULTAN: Pakistan Customs Assistant Collector Faizan Badar has been assigned the task as assistant returning officer for conducting local bodies elections.

As per details, the Multan Model Customs Collectorate has provided three employees to assist the Election Commission in elections, which are going to be held on December 5 (today).

Three employees including Assistant Collector Faizan Badar, Upper Division Clerk Ali Shehzad Khan and Abid Javed will perform duties.

Sources said that ECP had demanded more assistance but the Multan Custom refused to provide further staff due to the shortage of staff that is already badly affecting the operations.

Assistant Collector Faizan Badar has been assigned duties in Union Council 85 to 92.
