MULTAN: The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan has issued the warrant of attachment for the property of Royal Enterprises for the payment of their outstanding dues.
The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan has attached the moveable and immoveable properties of the Royal Enterprises in terms of rule 133 and 151 of the ustoms rule 2001 with section 202 of the customs act 1969.
Royal Enterprises office located in the Sultan Ahmad Street near Chah Bohar wala Multan has to pay government outstanding dues amounting to Rs 25,476 for the last few months.
The Recovery Department of Multan Customs have issued many notices to Royal Enterprises for the payment of their outstanding dues after their failure to clear dues MCC Multan have decided to attached the property of the Royal Enterprises.
Assistant Collector Faizan Badar has directed Recovery Department to recover the outstanding dues from the defaulter Royal Enterprises as soon as possible. Superintendent Customs AFU Asif Mumtaz has been appointed as attachment officer for the recovery of outstanding of dues from the defaulter Royal Enterprises.
