This is a strategy that has been initiated by the Customs department, and the idea being advanced is to extend this to other areas of the region using similar surveillance put in place. This means that a comprehensive approach should be developed and integrated into a single system of high-tech monitoring and development of security measures that would further advance the customs service, strict legislation and strict adherence to the laws.
