Multan Customs directs employees to submit ACRs

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Enforcement & Compliance has directed grade 1 to 16 employees to submit their annual confidential report (ACR) until 15th July to the admin branch.

Sources told Customs Today that the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued instructions to all Customs employees from grade 1 to 16 to submit their annual confidential report for the up-gradation and promotion cases within given timeline.

Several Customs employees from Multan were deprived from promotion and up gradation in the Departmental Promotion Committee meeting due to delay in submission of annual confidential report.

The Federal Board of Revenue has directed all customs staff to submit their annual confidential report timely to avoid any sort of hindrance.

Customs employees has started completing their ACRs up to date after the directions of deputy collector Headquarter, so that exercise of promotion can be finalized within the given time as per available record.

Sources told that the majority of customs employees submitted their ACRs every year on time but few of them failed to submit their report due to the limited deadline and they were also denied promotions in the Departmental Promotion Committee.

Customs employees are completing their ACRs to avoid any discarded situation in the current DPC.
