MULTAN: The Model Customs Collectorate has filed an appeal against the dismissal of two tax evasion cases worth Rs 450 million from the Appellant Tribunal Customs.
According to details, Appellant Tribunal Customs has dismissed the two cases of Customs Collectorate against the Fatima Enterprises Limited for the violation of import and export under DTRE scheme.
The Model Customs Collectorate Multan has filed the appeal through the customs lawyer Ahmad Raza who has filed appeal against the tax evasion cases of 450 million in the High court.
The collectorate found during the investigation that Fatima Enterprises has three ginning factories, two spinning units and one weaving unit in operation for the production of goods.
