Multan Customs to hold auction of confiscated vehicle, goods today

MULTAN: The Customs Collectorate will hold an auction of impounded vehicles and other smuggling goods on 30th August (today) Wednesday.

According to details, Multan Customs will hold public auction of foreign origin confiscated vehicles and miscellaneous goods in Multan Customs House. Multan Customs will present seven various non-customs paid confiscated vehicles during auction for public. These confiscated vehicles include Toyota Fielder (Model 2002), Toyota Premio (G) (Model 2003), Toyota Passo (Model 2006), Suzuki Alto car Model (2004), Toyota Vitz (Model 2007), Toyota Mark X (Model 2006) and Mitsubishi Pajero jeep (Model 1992).  .

All these vehicles and goods were impounded by the Customs Anti-Smuggling Organizations in their different operations in the jurisdiction.

Besides seven confiscated vehicles, about 24 various lots of miscellaneous goods including used DVD Player Geepas, used Digital HD video camera recorder, new bearing puller, DPI Bearing, auto scrap of 14 dismantled vehicles including eleven Corolla, 2 Hiace without chassis number, old and used shawk observer with break, foundation, front guarder, bumper of LTV, Axels, Gear Leaver ,engine of Daihatsu LTV, TV Converter Box , GPS Vehicles trackers, telephone sets of Different Brands and colours, CCTV cameras, art silk cloth of different variety and designs, air freshener, curtain cloth and mix date ordinary and other confiscated items will be auctioned.

Assistant Collector Zohaib Sandhila will supervise the auction process while Inspector Zia Bhatti and Inspector State Ware House Ghulam Asghar will conduct the auction process. The Customs Collectorate is presenting all those vehicles and various goods after trial in the Customs Adjudication.
