Multan Customs to hold auction of perishable items today

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Enforcement & Compliance announced special auction on 8th September (today) for perishable items lying at the State ware House.

According to the details, the Collectorate of Enforcement & Compliance Multan has decided to dispose perishable goods through special auction. Additional Collector Syed Ali Abbas Gardezi has approved ist of perishable goods which will be offered in the auction. The special auction of perishable goods will be carried out at Multan Dry Port Sher Shah.

Multan Customs will conduct auction of perishable food items along with Petroleum products before its expiry. As many as five various lots of 167505 litres of High-Speed diesel, petroleum products will also be presented and only oil marketing companies will be allowed to participate in auction.

Different lots of skimmed milk powder, raisin, cream cake brand, almonds without shell of Iran and USA origins will also be offered. Dried apricots, fruity bar, energy drinks, wafer biscuits, tamarind whey powder, black tea Kenya bulk, drink red bull, dried figs, rani juices and other lots.

Assistant Collector Umer Sajjad will supervise the auction of confiscated goods and vehicles at Multan Dry Port along with other staff to ensure transparency.
