Multan Enforcement issues notice to M/s Crimsons Private Limited for recovery of Rs8.501m

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Multan recovery branch has issued notice to a defaulter company for recovery of outstanding amount Rs.8.501 million.   

According to details, M/s Crimsons Private Limited has imported few goods and submitted Rs8.501 million by paying less duty taxes during the clearance of their import consignments. Collectorate of Customs Enforcement has asked several times to M/s Crimsons Pvt. Ltd located at New Spinzer IT Tower, University Road Peshawar having NTN number 7483520 and Sales Tax Registration number (STR) number 3277876136412 for the payment of remaining duty taxes.

But the aid importer has not paid any remaining tax amount to Customs Collectorate Enforcement and Recovery branch issued notice for the payment of outstanding amount under sub section of 2 & 3 of section 202 of the Customs act 1969. 

Multan Customs has started crackdown against defaulters for the recovery of their outstanding amount from defaulter after serving legal notice for the recovery of outstanding duty taxes. If said company has not responded to Customs notice, then Customs may attach their bank accounts and immoveable properties to recover outstanding taxes in this regard.   

Defaulter company owner is resident of Peshawar. Therefore, Customs Collectorate Enforcement has initiated stern action against the company to recover the outstanding dues from said company.   

The Multan Customs Enforcement will also attach bank accounts and immoveable properties of defaulter for recovery under Section 202 of Customs Act, 1969. Said defaulter has been directed to pay the government dues within 15 days of this notice to avoid any unwanted situation.
