Multan I&I to hold auction of confiscated vehicles & goods tomorrow

Multan: Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation (I&I) will hold auction of confiscated vehicles and miscellaneous goods on 21st July (tomorrow).

According to details, Customs Intelligence and Investigation is going to organize public auction on Tuesday for generation of handsome revenue. Customs Intelligence and Investigation issued list of vehicles and miscellaneous goods after approval from the Federal Board of Revenue for the auction.

Customs Intelligence and Investigation offered 21 non-duty paid vehicles including Toyota Mark X, Honda Civic ,Honda Insight Hybrid Car, Toyota Rush ,Toyota Suzuki Jimny Jeep, Toyota Mark X ,Toyota Assista, Toyota Land Cruisers, Toyota Aqua, Corolla Altis, Toyota Rush jeep, Toyota Hilux Pickup, Suzuki Swift, Toyota Hilux Surf ,Dumper Truck, Toyota Vitz of different models and others.

Customs Intelligence has also offered ten various miscellaneous lots in the auction which includes tyres, auto spare parts, used BOPP films, plastic paper scrap, alloy rims, bed sheets rolls, iron & steel scrap, old and used HTV rims, tyres assorted sizes & brand, magnesium powder, calcium gypsum stones and diesel generators.

Field Intelligence Unit (FIU) of Customs I&I has impounded vehicles and goods during their various anti-smuggling operations in the jurisdiction.

Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation is offering all the above said vehicles and various goods which were ripped up and their seizure cases were properly concluded after the trial of adjudication of seized goods. The Customs Intelligence is trying to generate revenue in the beginning of new economic year 2020-21.

Assistant Director Customs Intelligence and Investigation Javaid Raza will supervise the whole auction process along with other staff.
