Multan RTO Inspectors seek justice from FBR

MULTAN: Inspectors Inland Revenue of Regional Tax Office Multan is disappointed on not giving authority according to the decision of Federal Board of Revenue.

The Federal Board of Revenue has given the powers of 38 auditors in the department for the audit purpose of tax under section 2. While Inspectors Inland Revenue are disappointed on the decision of Federal Board of Revenue for ignoring in bestowed the charge of auditors under the section 2 of the tax ordinance 2010.

The Federal Board of Revenue has ignored the almost 1250 senior Inspectors Inland Revenue for the transfer of powers as an auditor in the Regional Tax Office.

Income tax staff and Inspector Inland Revenue Department wants equal treatment from the Federal Board of Revenue to enhance the capacity of tax collection from the Regional Tax Office Multan.

Inspectors Inland Revenue are ignored in assigning the task of audit by ignoring their experience and seniority in the field of income tax.

Due to this decision of Federal Board Of Revenue Inland Revenue Inspectors are unhappy   for not promotion and they want their rights.

Senior Inspector Inland Revenue employees were not promoted as auditors under section 2 of the tax ordinance 2010 from the Federal Board of Revenue which creates unrest in employees of the Regional Tax Office Multan also.

Representatives of the Federal Revenue Alliance Multan  Tahir Khakwani, Irfan Shahid, Rana Taj Muhammad and Rana Irshad have also demanded that the Federal Board of Revenue to end the discrimination with Inspector Inland Revenue in the Regional Tax Multan.
