NAB files reference against M/s Ghani Builders & Developers

KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has filed a reference in accountability court against Javed Iqbal of M/s Ghani Builders and Developers and Waseem Ahmed after completion of investigation into various complaints submitted by the allottees or affectees of M/s Rufi Pearl City.

According to press release during the investigation proceedings revealed that the owners/accused persons in connivance with officers of Board of Revenue made fictitious documents and usurped government land by inserting fake entries of land measuring 19-20 acres worth Rs1950 million in scheme 33 Karachi.
