NAB seeks details of assets owned by Ahad Cheema family from FBR

LAHORE: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) sought assets and tax details owned by family of Ahad Khan Cheema from Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Ahad Cheema is senior bureaucrat from DMG group who is in custody of NAB on corruption charges.

As per details, on Wednesday, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) sought assets details of Ahad Cheema his wife Saima Ahad, sons Essa Ahad and Mustafa Ahad.

Furthermore, NAB also wants details of assets of owned by Ahad Khan Cheema brother Ahmed Saud Cheema, sister Sadia Mansoor and mother Nishat Afza.

Source told to Customs Today that Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has started working to compile the complete details of Ahad Khan Cheema family assets to provide the same to National Accountability Bureau (NAB). Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) constituted four teams to prepare the details about Ahad Cheema family. Customs Today learnt that Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will provide the assets details to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on next week.

Accountability Court will indict on Ahad Khan Cheema on 20 August in Ashina Corruption Scandal and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) record will be a part of prosecution.
