Ali Imran is involved in Saaf Pani Company scam, Punjab Power Company scam and ERRA scam unearthed by Daily Mail a few days earlier. Former chief financial officer ERRA Ikran Naveed had confessed that Rs 13 million were transferred to Ali Imran. NAB had many times summoned Ali Imran to appear before investigation team but he did not appear and absconded.
