NAB to probe govt officials receiving over Rs1.5m salaries

ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has decided to launch an investigation against the government officers who are currently receiving a monthly salary of more than Rs1.5 million.

The anti-graft body has sought the list of the officers from its regional offices through a letter. It said that the NAB will look into how the said officers were appointed. It also sought the record of salaries received by the officers.
