NAMA teams up with Kennedy Wilson for development in Dublin Docklands

DUBLIN: The National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) has teamed up with property company Kennedy Wilson for a major development in the Dublin Docklands.

The Irish Times says the agency will develop almost 30,000 sq metres of office space and 204 apartments at the site on Sir John Rogersons Quay.

Some of the apartments will be located in a 19-storey tower that will become Dublin’s tallest building. The development will be linked to the north quays by a new footbridge close to the 3 Arena.It also includes a new road bridge linking it across the Grand canal to Ringsend and ultimately to the Port Tunnel.
