BEIJING: Post Office of Jinling Customs House (affiliated to Nanjing Customs District) seized 100 handbags allegedly infringing upon “Michael Kors” trademark on July 25, and 73 pairs of sports shoes suspected of infringing upon “Nike” and “New Balance” trademarks on the following day. Such counterfeit consumer products were successively extracted by Jinling Customs House via export channel since it rolled out the Anti-Counterfeit and IPR Infringement Campaign codenamed “Breeze”.
According to the statistics, the Customs House totally seized 30 cases of IPR infringements, involving more than 4,000 pieces of commodities in the first half of this year.
