NASA App gives chance to space lovers to remain updated about ISS

NEW YORK: The International Space Station, situated at approximately 330 to 435 kilometers in orbital height, travels at a normal speed of 27,724 kilometers every hour. It is a microgravity and space research lab where the international crew action trial connected to biology and human biology, physics, meteorology and astronomy. And now NASA has brought the ISS on your fingertips.
An app released recently by NASA makes it easy to learn more about the International Space Station. The app is designed to provide extensive information about the space station’s ongoing experiments, facilities and research results with the help of video, images and interactive media.
Available for download for iOS and Android devices at iTunes and Google Play, the app is called the Space Station Research Explorer. It consists of an Experiments section that has six categories along with subcategories. The experiments are represented by dots that depict a timeline connecting to other dots that show how much time was spent for an experiment in orbit.
Users can also see specific experiments located in categories and subcategories. There is also a search option to look for a specific experiment. The experiments come with descriptions, with links and images and published works. The Expriments section is also classified by specific expeditions and sponsors.
