New generation of entrepreneurs especially women SMEs will create vast opportunities: PIAF

LAHORE: Pakistan Industrial and Traders Associations Front (PIAF) Chairman Mian Noman Kabir along with Senior Vice Chairman PIAF Senior Vice President Lahore Chamber and PIAF Vice Chairman Javed Iqbal Siddiqui while issuing a statement said that E-commerce company Amazon is welcome to add Pakistan to its sellers list, it is a big step for our e-commerce and it will create vast opportunities for the youth and the new generation of entrepreneurs especially women SMEs.

Despite being one of the largest manufacturing economies in the region, South Asia was not included in the list of 102 countries on Amazon’s platform as Pakistan ranks 116th in the e-commerce index of 152 countries.
