KARACHI: The Sindh Excise and Taxation Department has decided to display information regarding new plates on its official website.
Sources in Excise told Customs Today that now Excise has already started issuing new number plates of vehicles. This is the main reason that huge rush is being witnessed in Excise office as the customers are going to obtain new number plate for their vehicle.
Sources said that in the past people used to come to office of Excise to collect their number plate this situation was very disturbing both for officials and customers also. Now it is easier for them to first access their number plate at department’s official web-site first and then visit the office for collection.
