QUETTA: The newly appointed Inspector General (IG) Baluchistan Muhammad Tahir Rai has taken charge of Baluchistan Police some two weeks before and his personality reflects on the department which is observed by his subordinates and the General Public as well.
Addressing a passing out parade he said some of the very prominent changes are that all the patrolling teams are visible and efficient on field, the all the field officials are advised to avoid recommendations for any kind of posting and transfers if you are capable you will be selected otherwise no shortcuts will be entertained.
He further stated that three officers of grade 17& 16 were transferred from their current postings and inquiry is initiated against them, as they were nominated by a social media.
The same message is also conveyed that no one will be spare in future if something is reported against him. All the promotion which are on pending from last 6-7 years are in progress and soon all of them will be promoted. The best thing which is appreciated is that some of the welfare and scholarships which were detained for a time being is open now.
Now this is his progress of two weeks which is highly appreciated by every citizen of Baluchistan even now everyone to give his instance to the Chief Secretary as well to follow him
