LONDON: Google prepares to release the highly-anticipated Nexus 6, the Nexus 5 for the Smartphone as Google will reportedly stop selling the Nexus 5.
They will not all of a sudden disappear of course but the only ones remaining with the retailers and carrier partners will be the only remaining Nexus 5 in the market. Google didn’t make a mistake as this is the new name of the digital storefront that sells just the hardware. The apps, music, movies, and books will continue to be sold through the Google Play Store but smart phones, smart watches, and Chrome books will be sold at this new storefront.
The Nexus 5, though it had a lot of fans, people can expect great things from the Nexus 6 as well. It is now available for ordering through the Verizon Wireless website, but shipping will only start by March 18.
