Disclosing this at a news conference on Friday, August 12, 2016, to round off her ongoing tour of the Calabar port, Cross River state, Usman said a lot of skills and knowledge needed to be transferred into the authority. “We met an arrangement on ground concerning the decision to recruit as the present workforce is ageing. “We want to recruit specialists, mariners, critical operational staff. These are those positions that we will be targeting.
