BEIJING: A few days ago, Ningbo Customs seized a batch of knapsacks infringing on “Adidas”, “tick mark of Nike” and “Barbie” trademarks, totaling 5,485 ones in 1,097 boxes, worth CNY220,000.

This batch of goods was declared as handbags for export by a company from Jiangxi province. When inspecting, customs officers found out that the containerized knapsacks, printed with trademarks of “Adidas”, “tick mark of Nike” and “Barbie” respectively, were in good order but roughly wrapped by plastic bags in woven bags. Through identification by trademark holders, these knapsacks were all infringing goods. And now they have been detained by the Customs.
