LAHORE: In Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling, nine different cases were scheduled for hearing but no case was preceded here due to non availability of judge.
After the transfer of special Judge Nazeer Ahmad Gajana, Special Judge of Banking Court Humayon Imtiaz assumed the additional charge of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling judge. But on Wednesday special duty judge was not present in the court so all cases were adjourned for new dates.
The cases, including those of tax evasion, customs, smuggling and narcotics, were scheduled for the day’s hearing. One pre-arrest bail and three post-arrest bail pleas were also adjourned for new dates.
