No security measures at Excise & Taxation Office in Lahore

LAHORE:  The Excise and Taxation Office in Lahore have no security measures even after a big tragedy in Peshawar which claimed 148 lives.

Offices in Lahore are being secured by the security guards without any appropriate weapons. The Excise and taxation offices in Lahore are being secured by the peons and security guards who have no proper training to face the crises like terrors attacks. The Customs Today observed after Peshawar attack that there is only one security guard at Fareed Court House office of Excise and Taxation.

The guard is not a professional. At DG office located in Shadman, no security measures have been taken and no police official has been deputed there even after the second day of Peshawar incident.
