Nogales Port customs officers seize 737 round of ammunition heading for Mexico

NEW YORK: Hundreds of rounds of ammunition headed for Mexico were seized by Customs and Border Protection officers assigned to the Port of Nogales.

CBP officers conducting routine outbound operations at the Mariposa crossing referred Clifton Wixson, 29, of Glendale, Arizona, for further inspection of his Ford truck. During the inspection, officials located multiple boxes and loose rounds of ammunition of various calibers.
