Nokia Networks shows some of its futuristic global technologies in India including 5G

NEW DELHI: Nokia Networks showed some of its futuristic global technologies in the mobile broadband segment that include 5G, telco cloud and predictive marketing.

Solutions like ultra dense networks, telco cloud, big data analytics and smart location experiences can enable operators to serve huge data demands and optimize spectrum investments, the company said in a statement.

To satisfy ever increasing data demand, operators need to evolve with flexible and scalable network architecture to modernize, re-farm and add more capacity into their macro layer and building new small cells, Arno Koch, Head – Business Development, Mobile Broadband at Nokia said.

As a part of 5G research, Nokia is also collaborating with some of the telecom operators such as NTT Docomo in Japan and Korea’s SK Telecom.
