Ogra set to determine LNG price

KARACHI: In a bid to end controversy over the LNG rate, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) is set to determine the consumer-end price of liquefied natural gas.

According to a senior Ogra official, the move will make it easier for state-run companies to import and sell LNG to industrial consumers who are desperate for fuel to run plants and machineries.
