BEJING: OnePlus has assured fans they are doing everything they can and are planning to release yet another firmware update to deal with touchscreen issue. In case the update fails to fix the problem, OnePlus will honor the warranty:

The company is working with Synaptics on the said update, but it isn’t yet known when they will be ready to release it. Hopefully, the update will fix the problem for the users, otherwise they will have to claim the warranty.
