Opening: KSE takes positive start with 110.91 points gain

KARACHI: Karachi Stocks Exchange (KSE) 100-index took a good start on second day of trading after gaining 110.91 points to 29696.51, recording a positive change of 0.37 percent.

Once the market plummeted to 29585.60 points but recovered with the passage of time. KSE remained buoyant due to another round of talks between the government and the protesting Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) in which Shah Mehmood Qureshi claimed that some progress had been made between the two sides.
