LAHORE: The city’s biggest auto show, having more than 1,000 car and bikes on display, will attract at least 100,000 visitors, claimed PakWheels.

The fifth Pak Wheels Auto Show, held at Liberty Market Parking in Gulberg, could not attract a large crowd, as limited people visited the show on Sunday.

PakWheels.com Chief Operating Officer Ahmad Saeed, talking to media, said, “Little is being done for auto lovers in Pakistan. Yes, they can go online and learn about some of the best vehicles out there but rarely do they get an opportunity to interact with other like-minded individuals,” adding that thus the Auto Show was established for car enthusiasts, giving them a chance to not only meet with other vehicle owners but also to glean information about the automobiles of their choice.

He said, “Much like the previous shows, the 5th instalment comprised a day of fun-filled activities for auto lovers and their families. Classic, vintage, exotic, luxury 4×4 and SUVs were some of categories of vehicles featured in this year’s auto show while efforts were also be made to educate motorsport enthusiasts about the risks of street racing and reckless driving.”
