PAC’s sub-committee expresses dissatisfaction over FBR’s briefing

ISLAMABAD: Public Accounts Committee (PAC)’s sub-committee Wednesday reviewed Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)’s audit paras 2013-14 and expressed dissatisfaction over its briefing.

The meeting of the PAC was held under the convenership of MNA Syed Naveed Qamar here at the Parliament House.

The audit officials told the committee that national exchequer had to bear a loss Rs 2.28 billion due to non recover of levy taxes by the FBR.
