Pak rupee strengthens vs dollar, gains 20 paisas to reach 101.40

KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee Tuesday strengthened against US dollar both in interbank and open market.

As per local market, the American currency shed 20 paisas in interbank and reached 101.40. The US dollar also lost 5 paisas in open market to close at 102.10. On Monday, the greenback remained unchanged in interbank at 101.60 and gained 5 paisas in open market to reach 102.15.
