ISLAMABAD: Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar Thursday informed the National Assembly that international rating agency Moodi’s has upgraded Pakistan to B-3 category due to economic growth and stability in the country.
Congratulating the House, the minister said that the Moodi’s had upgraded Pakistan to B-3 from CAA-1.
He pointed out it had demoted the country in 2012 due to deteriorating economic conditions. “I have just received e-mail from Moodi’s that Pakistan is being elevated to B-3 category that indicates economic stability,” he said
