Speaking informally to journalists in Parliament, Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal said that discussions regarding the budget schedule are still ongoing and no final decision has been taken.

He noted that time constraints and the upcoming observance of Muharram are factors being considered, adding that it remains to be seen how arrangements can be managed within the proposed timeline.
