Pakistan Customs has set up first laboratory as per WCO standards: Chief Collector Qadir Memon

QUETTA: In an effort to revolutionise customs processing and bolster trade operations, the Pakistan Customs department has ushered in a new era of quality control and verification with the launch of its first laboratory in Quetta NLC. Erected following the guidelines of the World Customs Organization (WCO), this cutting-edge facility promises to bring forth upsurge in trade facilitation and will extensively aid the business community.

The establishment of the laboratory was spearheaded by Chief Collector Customs Balochistan, Abdul Qadir Memon, who proclaimed this development as a milestone in Pakistan’s customs arena.
