Customs, SBP sign MoU to operationalise electronic I-Form

ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar witnessed the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between Customs Department and the State Bank of Pakistan for operationalizing electronic I-Form at the FBR headquarters, on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, FBR Chairman Nisar Mohammad Khan welcomed the finance minister and stated that there has been excellent coordination between the Customs Department and the State Bank of Pakistan which has resulted in the automation of the issuance of electronic I-Form. He thanked the federal minister for the support and encouragement to both the departments which made automation of Customs business process possible.
