Pakistan exports to India stand at Rs 409 million

LAHORE: Pakistan has exported items worth Rs 409 million to India during the first two weeks trading of November via Wagha Border.

As per available documents, Pakistan exported fruits, salt, cement, gypsum, glass and formic acid etc to India.

Pakistan has exported 5,032 metric ton fruits (HS code 804-1020) to India worth Rs 240 million. On the other hand, perfumery and pharmacy plants and plants’ seeds worth Rs one million has been exported.

Pakistan has also exported 775 metric ton rock salt to India worth Rs 2 million while gypsum worth Rs 32 million was sold to India that was 17,564 metric ton. Besides that Pakistan has exported cement of different types worth Rs 59 million. Almost 1,971 metric ton aluminum ores worth Rs 3 million were exported during said period to India.

Pakistan has exported disodium carbonate worth Rs 15 million and hydrogen peroxide worth Rs 5 million and glass Rs 46 million via Wagha Border.

Documents show that Pakistan has exported lime stone worth Rs one million and formic acid worth Rs 2 million to India.

As a whole Pakistan exported items worth Rs 409 million with total weight of items 42,260 metric ton to India via Wagha Border Lahore.
